30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your item. This gives you ample time to inspect the product and decide if it meets your needs.

Eligibility Criteria

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• The item must be unworn or unused.
• The item must have all original tags attached.
• The item must be in its original packaging.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at jackie20190102@gmail.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
